In addition to patients enrolled at the Stark Metropolitan and Hartville Migrant Clinics, individuals and families living at or near the federal poverty level may also qualify for reduced or no cost medical care at North Canton Medical Foundation.

Patient Account Representatives work with patients on an individual basis to determine their level of eligibility and make recommendations to their coordinator. If a patient does not immediately qualify, the Financial Assistance Committee will review criteria such as monthly income and expenses to make a final benefit determination.
