The Bolivar Family Health Center is staffed by family practice physicians who treat acute and chronic health problems provide annual physical examinations and perform tests to detect health issues early. This location offers pediatric care, including well-child services, outpatient and hospital care, immunizations, sports physicals, allergy injections, and much more. It also offers laboratory services and hearing and vision screenings.

Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Labor Day through Memorial Day)
